Order and delivery
To order a wedding dress on our site, simply browse our collection. Once you have chosen the dress you want, select your size and add it to your cart. Then follow the instructions to place your order and finalize your payment.
Shipping time varies depending on each product. It is indicated on each corresponding product sheet.
Delivery times vary depending on the carrier chosen:
With Mondial Relay : approximately 3 to 5 working days
With Colissimo : approximately 2 to 4 working days
With Chronopost : approximately 1 to 2 working days
With free in-store collection : order ready within 72 hours (excluding pre-orders). An SMS will be sent to you to notify you.

As soon as your order is shipped, an email will automatically be sent to you with your tracking number.
You will also be able to track your order from your order in the "Orders" tab.

Once the order has been validated, it cannot be canceled or modified.
We recommend ordering your wedding dress at least six months before your wedding. This will give us plenty of time to help you find the perfect dress, take your measurements and make any necessary alterations.
However, we can ensure requests at least 6 months in advance depending on our availability.
We offer payment in 2 or 3 installments free of charge, online and in store.
Shop and rental
After reservation, rental dresses must be collected on Thursday afternoon and returned to the store on Tuesday morning, which represents approximately 5 days.
Each rental includes the signing of a contract with the client. In addition, a deposit check in the amount of €300 must be provided, which will be returned at the end of the rental period, provided that the customer has respected the contract.
The prices of our rental dresses range from €400 to €850.

For rental, our dresses range from 34 to 42.
We also offer tailor-made dresses for sale from 34 to 50.
It is possible to rent a dress for a wedding outside IDF, provided that someone can be responsible for collecting the dress and returning it at the end of the rental period (from Thursday to the following Tuesday).
We do not ship for rented dresses.
Cleaning costs are included in the rental price, you will not have any additional costs. In the event of excessive damage to the dress, the amount of the deposit agreed in the contract must be collected.
We welcome a maximum of 3 companions in store. In order to preserve the dresses and their value, we will ask you to come without children.
